As a Team Leader specialized in IT Procurement, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities : Monitor the need for staff across IT departments. Define the required profiles to ensure timely delivery. Be the SPOC between stakeholders from all departments and management to ensure that all actions related to market consultations and procurement run smoothly and consistently. You enter orders for the entire IT department. Create Purchase Orders, issue them, and send them to the relevant companies. Monitor budget usage, keep the management informed. Anticipate and address future challenges in the various departments Coordinate and supervise the team's various activities and support team members in achieving optimal performance, growing in their roles, and expanding their career opportunities. The ideal candidate for this Team Leader position would have the following skills: You hold a Master's degree or equivalent through experience. Fluency in French and Dutch is a great plus. At least a good knowledge of both national languages is mandatory You have already 3 years of experience in IT procurement or in public sector procurement. Ideally, you have already led teams or you demonstrate great leading skills. You are comfortable leading discussions and negotiations with various stakeholders.
