**ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced **Senior Project Manager** to lead strategic IT projects within a dynamic and innovative environment. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions, managing complex initiatives, and driving success, this opportunity is for you

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement, and manage IT projects following ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS’ methodologies and industry best practices.
- Develop comprehensive business cases, including procurement strategies, risk assessments, and project proposals.
- Ensure successful project execution by managing resources, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor project performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage project financials, ensuring accurate forecasting and budget control.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, leading meetings and ensuring transparent communication.
- Supervise and guide project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards.

**Your Profile**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least **three years of experience in project management**.
- Alternatively, **at least ten years of progressive experience** in project management if no degree is held.
- A recognized **Project Management certification** (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP) or proven expertise in the field.
- Experience managing IT projects in large-scale environments.
- Strong understanding of **C4ISR systems** and state-of-the-art IT technologies (Deployable CIS, multimedia networks, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a high-paced international environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in leading **C4ISR acquisition projects**.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Engineering background with technical leadership experience.
- Proficiency in project management automation tools (e.g., **ServiceNow (SNOW)**).
- Familiarity with governmental acquisition and procurement processes.
- Previous experience in international and multicultural work environments.

Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP,.NET, ) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic ).

In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.

Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
- ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS works either in its premises or in our customer’s one, remote activities are sometime possible.
