What You'll Do:

Build and lead a team of IT Business Partners to serve as strategic liaisons between IT and various business units/stakeholders. Develop clear roadmaps for all functional areas in collaboration with BPO and other stakeholders. Establish and maintain strong relationships between IT and BPO, with increased focus on platforms and divisions. Strengthen partnerships with growing regions like LATAM and APAC, and engage in M&A activities for optimal IT integration. Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives, challenges, and technology needs. Work closely with IT delivery teams, including PMO and Architecture, to develop and implement IT solutions aligned with business goals and global IT application strategy. Align technology strategies with overall business strategy and drive digital transformation efforts.

  What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar IT Business Partner or IT strategy role. Strong understanding of business processes and operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies. Ability to think strategically and align technology with business goals. Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
