As our HR Business Partner (m/f/x), you'll play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience within our company. Reporting to the CFO, you'll act as a strategic partner, ensuring smooth HR operations while fostering a people-first culture. From payroll and compliance to talent development and onboarding, you'll have a direct impact on our employees' journey.
Your Responsibilities
Payroll & Administration
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Maintain HR databases and reports
- Handle HR mailbox inquiries and employee requests
Legal & Compliance
- Ensure company policies align with legal and regulatory standards
- Oversee workplace safety and well-being laws
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage the company's car fleet, insurances, pension plans, and extra-legal benefits (smartphone, laptop, etc.)
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Collaborate with recruiters and agencies to identify top talent
- Conduct reference checks and prepare employment contracts
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process
- Coordinate learning & development initiatives
HR Strategy & Leadership Support
- Advise managers on talent, performance, and compensation management
- Drive HR innovation by improving policies and bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Produce and present HR reports for decision-making
Who You Are
- HR Expert - At least 10 years of experience in Hard & Soft HR, including Payroll, Comp & Ben, Labor Law, Recruitment, and Training
- Strategic Thinker - Ability to lead HR projects from A to Z, challenge the status quo, and implement change
- People-Centric - Strong interpersonal skills with a hands-on, solution-driven attitude
- Tech-Savvy - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Multilingual Communicator - Fluent in French & Dutch
- Bonus - Experience interacting with the Executive Committee is a plus
