Functieomschrijving Als Business & Market Development Manager ben je de drijvende kracht achter de commerciële strategie en marktpositionering van Quorum. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het vormgeven en uitvoeren van de groeistrategie, de positionering, het aantrekken van nieuwe cliënten en het uitbouwen van duurzame relaties en partnerships. Je brengt structuur in business development en zorgt voor een globale en gealigneerde aanpak van de commerciële en marketingacties van Quorum:
  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een (langetermijn)strategie voor commerciële groei en marktpositionering, in samenspraak met de partners. Je vertaalt strategische doelstellingen in concrete acties die het kantoor op de lange termijn versterken op vlak van business development, marketing en operational excellence.
  • Je bouwt Quorum verder uit als een sterk merk binnen de juridische sector. Je bepaalt hoe het kantoor zich profileert in de markt en ontwikkelt in lijn hiervan een consistente marketing- en communicatiestrategie die je ook implementeert.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe potentiële klanten. Je begrijpt de noden van ondernemers en bedrijven en weet hun ambities te vertalen naar duurzame samenwerkingsrelaties met Quorum.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de branding van Quorum consistent en herkenbaar is, zowel online als offline. Je bewaakt de visuele en inhoudelijke identiteit van het kantoor en versterkt de visibiliteit van de organisatie via alle communicatiekanalen (website, social media etc.). In samenwerking met hun advocaten creëer je content om de expertise van Quorum te delen en uit te dragen.
  • Je zet in op events, netwerkmomenten en seminars, die niet alleen de naamsbekendheid van Quorum vergroten, maar ook duurzame relaties met bestaande of potentiële klanten versterken. Je organiseert deze netwerkmomenten en weet ook naar voren te treden als een ambassadeur van Quorum.
  • Je identificeert trends en blijft op de hoogte van marktontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar vernieuwende initiatieven en samenwerkingen die bijdragen aan de groei en de future-proof uitbouw van het kantoor.
  • Op termijn speel je eventueel ook een trekkende rol in de verdere professionalisering en optimalisatie van de interne werking van het kantoor. Daarbij zet je in op het vormgeven van processen met het oog op een verhoging van de efficiëntie en synergiën in de samenwerking.
Profiel
  • Je hebt een ruime ervaring (min. 10 jaar) in business development, commerciële strategie en marketing binnen een dienstverlenende omgeving (professional services).
  • Je combineert sterk strategisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit: je weet commerciële kansen om te zetten in concrete resultaten en houdt ervan om zelf initiatieven te implementeren.
  • Je hebt een ondernemersmentaliteit en voelt je thuis in een professionele, ambitieuze omgeving. Je werkt autonoom en proactief.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en je beweegt je vlot en doelgericht binnen professionele netwerken. Je weet leads te generen met het oog op het opbouwen en onderhouden van waardevolle relaties.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel en dit in het Nederlands en Engels.
