Wat ga je doen?

  • Je maakt deel uit van ons Commissioning (consultancy) team en hebt een generalistisch technisch profiel. Je voelt je comfortabel met zowel tec h nische als administratieve begeleiding en advies.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor de klant en andere betrokken partijen in het project.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de technische installaties en zorgt ervoor dat ze voldoen aan de ontwerp- en comforteisen die de opdrachtgever heeft gesteld.
  • Bij gebouwen in exploitatie of renovatie onderzoek je hoe technische installaties geoptimaliseerd kunnen worden op het gebied van duurzaamheid, gebruikspatronen en comfort, met speciale aandacht voor energie-efficiëntie. Je identificeert quick-wins op korte termijn en stelt een langetermijnvisie op.
  • Door middel van audits evalueer je de technische installaties en stel je een meerjaren onderhouds- en investeringsplan op.
