Your mission is to drive productivity and growth by developing impactful products on modern cloud platforms (like MS Azure Foundry - AzureML). You will ensure transparent communication with business stakeholders and rigorous prioritization of efforts to achieve financial objectives. Your Responsibilities Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and acquire a deep understanding of Benelux operations, constraints, and strategic objectives.Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze business challenges and prioritize team efforts for meaningful impact.Understand the data environment, including back-end systems and local data hubs, and articulate a vision for an effective future data platform.Prioritize deliverables to maximize value and drive the creation of a future roadmap of solutions.Attract, build, and develop a motivated team of data scientists aligned with business demands.Oversee technical delivery, ensuring adherence to milestones, action plans, steering, and budget. Your Profile We are seeking a candidate with experience managing or leading teams, particularly in business-critical projects. You should have a solid foundation in statistics, machine learning, and AI, along with experience in cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, MLOps, Graph Machine Learning, and recent Generative AI frameworks like agentic AI. Familiarity with insurance products and markets, IT release processes, and data warehousing is essential. You should possess strong communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences. An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, finance, or economics is required, with academic experience being a plus. Ready to make an impact?
