You will act as a mentor, foster collaboration, and maintain technical excellence within the team.Your RoleLead and coordinate the daily activities of the development team, providing technical guidance and support.Ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes.Monitor development and project progress and proactively address potential risks or delays.Collaborate with stakeholders to align team output with business objectives.Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.Support planning and estimation for upcoming projects.Your ProfileProven experience in software development with leadership experience.Hands-on mindset, with the willingness to take on backend development tasks when needed.Background in backend development; COBOL expertise is essential.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Informatics, or related field.Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.Independent and proactive work attitude, combined with team spirit.Proficiency in English is mandatory; Dutch and French are a plus.Why NTT DATA?🤝 We value a collaborative and supportive environment, celebrating curiosity and engagement 🚀Career development.
