JOBBESCHRIJVINGTaken van de store manager: Neem de leiding over een boetiek waar je, samen met een klein en hecht team, verantwoordelijk bent voor de groei van de winkel. Dit realiseer je door een uitstekende klantenservice te bieden, je commerciële instinct in te zetten en optimaal gebruik te maken van je netwerk in Antwerpen Het bewakenen van de hoge standaard visuele merchandising Nauw de KPI's bewakenen en acties ondernemen waar nodig is, en het opstellen van verkooprapporten Organiseren van evenementen om winkelverkeer en bekendheid te vergroten Fungeren als een echte merkambassadeur Beheren van de voorraad en controle van bevoorradingsverzoeken Je zorgt voor de dagelijkse operationele leiding van de winkel en zorgt ervoor dat de producten perfect gepresenteerd worden volgens de merkstandaarden. VEREISTEN Het profiel dat we zoeken: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels Senior sales advisors met enige leidinggevende ervaring, die klaar zijn voor de volgende stap in hun carrière, komen zeker in aanmerking Eerdere ervaring als (assistant) store manager bij voorkeur in de lifestyle- of premium, luxe-industrie Je hebt een proactieve mindset en neemt graag het initiatief om de groei van de winkel te stimuleren, bijvoorbeeld door het organiseren van evenementen, het activeren van je netwerk en het beheren van CRM-activiteiten.
