We provide trainings, we organize consultant events, and we follow up with our consultants during their assignments.For our clients in the railway sector, we are hiring Verification & Validation Engineers for different R&D projects linked to autonomous trains, signalling, maintenance optimization, and others.Context:Prove that the design is fit for its intended use, through implementation and execution of Verification, Integration and Test activities, fitting the targets in terms of Quality, Cost and DeliveryDetail and perform all the in-house activities in the scope of the V&V team, and coordinate experts delegated in other departments. Cooperate tightly with Test & Commissioning to ensure seamless integration and alignment between in-house and on-site testing activities and results. Coordinate with design teams to share and detail the results of V&V activitiesAgree with the Verification & Validation Manager on strategy, scheduling and budget, and share progress, results and issues during executionKey responsibilities:Contribute to the definition of the Project Verification and Validation strategy in the V&V Plan, and act proactively for its implementationDefine verification methodology for selected deliverables, when requested from V&V strategyDefine test plans and test descriptions for in-house activities.Perform and report on allocated verification, integration and test activitiesWrite test scenarios and use cases for acceptance of on-board or ground subsystems according to a predefined generic test strategyWhen Safety is involved, share and justify the results with Safety Assurance Manager to feed safety demonstrationSpecify, procure, develop, setup and configure assets such as test benches and instrumentationManage configuration and change management cycle related with V&V activities (simulation configuration, anomaly tracking, etc.)Follow-up with T&C for tests exported to site executionSet up test bench and test toolsPerform regression tests after correction of anomaliesCoach newcomersQualification:Master DegreeRelevant experience (systems / sub-systems integration, embedded equipment, electrotechnical product development)Good English and FrenchGood analytical skill is requiredexperience in a highly complex and normative environment (railway signaling, aerospace, defense, nuclear...) would be a major assetBenefits of being a MCA Consultant:We offer the visibility and stability of an international group of around 1500 employees on 3 continents.
