Within our PMO & Portfolio Management department with the mission of ensuring the continued quality of our products and services, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead strategic projects within the life insurance sector, with a primary focus on regulatory compliance to drive business objectives.

Your responsibilities
As Senior Project Manager your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing strategic projects within the life insurance sector, focusing on regulatory requirements ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business goals.
Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and overseeing project execution to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery while meeting regulatory obligations.
Identifying and mitigating project risks, particularly those related to compliance, and proactively managing project dependencies to minimize disruptions and optimize success.
Monitoring project progress, ensuring quality and transparent updates to stakeholders.
Fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment, promoting innovation and creativity in meeting regulatory requirements while driving business growth.
Delivering business solutions to regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to the life insurance sector, implementing controls and measures to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to legal obligations.
Supporting post-implementation activities for continuous improvement and innovation in regulatory compliance processes.
Your profile
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, or related field or the equivalent experience.
You have a PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.
You have 5 to 10 years of senior-level experience in project management, with a focus on the insurance industry and regulatory compliance.
You have a (strong) knowledge of / interest for regulatory requirements in the life insurance sector.
You have a good knowledge of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
You have proven experience in successfully delivering projects related to regulatory compliance on time and within budget.
You have excellent knowledge of French or Dutch and a good command of the other national language and are comfortable working in English.
You have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
You are able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
You are quality and client oriented.
You are autonomous, a fast learner and can take the initiative quickly.
You have knowledge of the Insurance sector.
