Als producent en distribiteur van een ruim gamma aan heerlijke kazen, is er uiteraard allerlei wetgeving waarmee wij rekening moeten houden. Onze nieuwe collega Quality Assistant is iemand die graag nauwkeurig werkt en zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het cruciale luik van Specificatiebeheer binnen onze Quality team.
Hoe zien jouw verantwoordelijkheden er bij ons uit?
Het opmaken en beheren van correcte specificaties voor onze producten (grondstoffen en eindproducten) zijn jouw kerntaak. Dit alles moet conform de IFS en BRC regels gebeuren. Je staat dagelijks in contact met onze nationale en internationale leveranciers om de juiste informatie bij hen na te vragen omtrent ingrediënten, voedingswaarden, allergenen... Je waakt hierbij over de correctheid en volledigheid van de aangeleverde data. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie tijdig door hen wordt aangeleverd. Eens je alle nodige informatie hebt verzameld, registreer je deze nauwkeurig in ons systeem (Interspec). Hierin houden wij alles bij zodat wij op onze beurt ook onze klanten alle nodige informatie vlot kunnen bezorgen. Op onze beurt dienen wij ook onze klanten deze informatie te bezorgen . Dit gebeurt door deze up te loaden in hun systeem of online portaal. Bij specifieke vragen vanuit onze klanten ga jij voor hen op zoek naar de nodige informatie en doe je navraag waar nodig. Je staat regelmatig in contact met leveranciers en klanten. Gezien wij internationaal acties zijn, heb je geen schrik om je zowel schriftelijk als telefonisch uit te drukklen in het Frans en het Engels .Hierin herken jij jezelf:
Je hebt een bachelordiploma uit een voedingsgerelateerde richting op zak. Relevante ervaring, achtergrondkennis of affiniteit met specificatiebeheer is een mooi pluspunt. Je hebt een goede basis kennis van het Office pakket en leert vlot nieuwe systemen aan. Nauwkeurig en administratief werken, dat is jouw ding. Je houdt ervan om dit af te wisselen met professionele interne en externe contacten. Anderen omschrijven jou als hands-on en een gedreven collega. Jij slaagt er telkens in om de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Je ziet geen problemen, maar uitdagingen en bent oplossingsgericht .Wat krijg je ervoor terug?
