The Opportunity:What you’ll do on a typical day:- Support a variety of recruitment processes from start to finish, managing a high volume of end-to-end recruitment activity- Post new jobs on our internal careers page as well as external job boards, ensuring that adverts are accurate and fit for their purpose and audience- Handle general recruitment queries from hiring managers, external providers, and associates- Proactively monitor recruitment campaigns throughout their application period, feeding back on low application rates or other concerns- Ensure that applicants personal details are added to and are correctly recorded in our ATS- Correctly manage a variety of key stakeholder relationships, managing expectations based on workload and volumes- Support candidates with their preparation of interviews, providing them with interview confirmations, job descriptions, and answering any questions they have about the process- Respond to recruiting-related inquiries from internal or external candidates on various topics such as application status, recruiting process or scheduling-related questions. What you’ll need to be successful at Avantor:- Speak Dutch, French and English - Previous experience is highly desirable (ideally in recruitment or sales)- Confidence when speaking to a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally- The ability to successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously and at different stages- The ability to work under pressure and in accordance with tight timescales- The ability to be very resilient and flexible What we offer:Here at Avantor, we focus on you.
