Heb jij een passie voor het aanbrengen van structuur, focus en voortgang in complexe organisaties?Sluit je aan bij de data organisatie van Telenet als Tribe Product Owner en speel een centrale rol in het coördineren van de meest strategische data initiatieven Als Tribe Product Onwner Data & AI… Je fungeert als brug tussen de data organisatie en andere teams binnen Telenet, waarbij je gesprekken faciliteert en bemiddelt bij het bepalen van prioriteiten, middelen en timing binnen én over de verschillende tribes heen. Je maakt deel uit van het data leadershipteam en speelt een cruciale rol in de continue ontwikkeling en uitvoering van de datastrategie, door systematisch de juiste (data- en/of business) stakeholders aan tafel te brengen. Je werkt nauw samen met de VP Data & AI aan het vormgeven van de volgende hoofdstukken in onze datastrategie. Samen creëren jullie een sterk verhaal en faciliteer je de juiste gesprekken om de impact van data- en AI-initiatieven maximaal te benutten. Je beheert de operationele kant van de data organisatie en werkt samen met controlling, HR en data aan het opstellen, opvolgen en bijsturen van de langetermijnplanning, personeelsinzet en het budget van de data organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de data organisatie efficiënt wordt aangestuurd door de agenda te bepalen voor interne overlegmomenten, zoals leiderschapsvergaderingen, strategische off-sites en planningsmomenten (QBR). De ideale kandidaat heeft… Affiniteit met data en AI, met een focus op het creëren van business value. Een masterdiploma en minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring. Uitstekende vaardigheden in gestructureerd denken, probleemoplossing en strategische analyse. Sterk in het uitwerken en brengen van een krachtig en overtuigend verhaal Aantoonbare expertise in stakeholdermanagement en projectuitvoering. Een proactieve en resultaatgerichte houding, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit.
