Operator warehouse II

Role Purpose:​Handle day-to-day inventory management activities (e.g. stock movements, stock counts, stock corrections, ...), order stock items and perform the related administration as well as providing first aid in case of accidents in order to provide the staff members with the necessary materials and medical care in a timely manner. Responsibilities:Ensure a correct and friendly service at the counter and supervise borrowed materialsHand over materials and tools based on a receipt and perform searches in the relevant IT system when neededProvide relevant information about orders, materials and tools in the relevant IT systemReceive the loaned materials and tools and ensures that the loaned tools are returned in good conditionPerform minor repairs on loaned equipment and toolsAccept and control deliveries and signs the related documents, in the absence of the warehouse supervisorMake sure the administration is correctly done (compliant with ISO-regulations) and the database is up to dateSort and classify receiptsKeep the database up to date regarding loaned material and deliveriesFill in order forms and documentsDraw up non-conformity reports concerning deliveries, articles, etcRequest and compare price offers. Provide an orderly stock and correct stock countProvide first aid in case of accidentsPerform first aid activities and call the emergency services if neededOrder new first aid products to ensure there is always sufficient supplies in the first aid cabinet.
