Je toekomstige werkplek is de Dienst Communicatie van de Nationale Bank van België (NBB). Communicatie is cruciaal in onze strategie. De NBB publiceert via verschillende communicatiekanalen onderzoeken, surveyresultaten, statistieken,socialmediaposts, persberichten, infografieken en organiseert interviews en persconferenties om haar boodschappen te verspreiden.
We zoeken een ervaren en gepassioneerde collega om ons team te versterken als Digital Transformation Manager.
We zijn een niet-commerciële instelling van openbaar nut en publiceren onze boodschappen op verschillende platformen zoals print, mailing, website en sociale media, die elk hun specifieke inhoud en doelpublieken hebben. Jij maakt de juiste digitale keuzes die ons maatschappelijk belang dienen en helpt ons zo bij de ontwikkeling van onze aanwezigheid in de digitale communicatiewereld (we zoeken geen digitale marketeer) zodat onze informatie onze verschillende doelpublieken op een vlotte en eigentijdse manier bereikt.
Functie
als nieuwe kernspeler van ons communicatieteam begrijp je de communicatienoden van de NBB en ondersteun je de creatieve, content-, grafische en digitale experten om onze communicatiedoelen te realiseren je leidt de digitale transformatie-inspanningen van onze communicatiedienst en beheert de verschillende digitale applicaties. je ontwerpt, implementeert en optimaliseert digitale communicatieoplossingen die onze communicatie ondersteunen en tegemoetkomen aan de vraag van onze stakeholders. je beheert onze digitale applicaties en zorgt voor continue evaluatie en optimalisatie ervan. je selecteert de juiste KPIs en ontwikkelt een overzichtelijk dashboard zodat we de performance van onze kanalen goed in het oog kunnen houden.Dit verwachten we van jou
Technologisch inzich t: jij kent als geen ander de relevante technologieën voor digitale transformatie. Je bent op de hoogte van trends als AI, data-analyse, cloudcomputing en digitale marketing. Je beheert, monitort en evalueert bestaande applicaties en selecteert en implementeert nieuwe technologieën die aansluiten bij onze communicatiestrategie. Je slaat de brug tussen communicatienood en digitale opportuniteit.
Analytische vaardigheden : je analyseert complexe situaties, interpreteert gegevens en neemt datagedreven beslissingen. Je meet en evalueert de impact van digitale initiatieven en past de strategie indien nodig aan. Je identificeert risico's en ontwikkelt oplossingen om uitdagingen die tijdens de transformatie opduiken, aan te pakken.
Change- en projectmanagement : met je kennis van en ervaring in changemanagementprincipes en -methoden zet je weerstand tegen verandering om in acceptatie en enthousiasme. Je zorgt voor het inplannen, uitvoeren en opleveren van digitale transformatieprojecten binnen de gestelde tijd en budget. Je bent vertrouwd met procedures voor openbare aanbestedingen, waardoor je de juiste technologieën en partners selecteert.

De dienst Communicatie heeft diverse projecten in de steigers staan:
Tools voor socialmediamanagement en social listening, bulk-mailing en workflowmanagement Tracking en rapportering van relevante KPIs Automatisatie van processen Integratie van AIVerder bouwen we aan een nieuwe website en willen we ook onze bestaande (IT-) processen verder optimaliseren en verdiepen, zoals bijvoorbeeld de IT-setup van ons grafische team en de verdere uitrol van ons Digital Asset Management system.
Profiel
je hebt een masterdiploma. Dat hoeft niet noodzakelijk een communicatiediploma te zijn. Een achtergrond in (Beleids-)informatica, handelsingenieur,, management of een gerelateerd vakgebied is ook waardevol je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. Ervaring binnen de media en/of communicatiewereld, bijvoorbeeld bij een bedrijf dat aan informatieverspreiding doet of een mediabedrijf, is een pluspunt je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en je hebt een goede praktische kennis van het Frans (niveau B2) je beschikt over een uitgebreide kennis van digitale communicatietechnologieën en -applicaties, waaronder CMS-systemen, sociale media, e-mailmarketingtools, analyticsplatformen, generative AI, ... je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe problemen op te lossen je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en je blinkt uit in het effectief samenwerken met verschillende belanghebbenden je bent proactief en houdt de vinger aan de pols wat betreft de laatste ontwikkelingen op het gebied van digitale communicatie.Waarom kiezen voor de NBB?
