Your Role
You will work with experienced, passionate, and creative IT Architects who will help us unlock our client's digital potential and ignite change. Meaningful work is at the core of everything we do. We build unique solutions to the complexities our clients face, while providing our people with opportunities to explore and grow.

You will develop and grow by being exposed to complex and very exciting problems (cost-reduction strategy, de-risking model, tech due-diligence, large-scale digital transformation, technology modernization). In an agile and collaborative approach, you will assess and coach our clients' technology teams, define digital roadmap strategies and architecture options in multiple contexts including carve-out and PMI scenarios.
Together with our clients, you will develop strong digital and technology concepts as well as support technical implementations actively, helping clients in challenging integrator approaches and executions blending harmoniously your expertise, ERP best practices, and BCG tech frameworks. You will also be in position to upskill in record time your analytical and conceptual skills on various industries (food, automotive, banking, reinsurance, telecommunications, media, and more).
What You'll Bring
You will bring 2+ years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture, technical project management, digital delivery, or technology consulting. Previous working experience in the consulting industry is required. You should have expertise with topics such as Enterprise architecture, Solution architecture, Data architecture, ERP/CRM/SCP architecture, Integration architecture, Cloud-native architecture.
Experience in Data concepts (management, security, governance, database, integration, quality) and Modern cloud exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure) are welcome. Experience in reporting and analytics is also appreciated. Fluent English, Dutch, and/or French language skills are essential.
