Deze afdeling realiseert projecten rond de aanleg, renovatie en modernisering van wegen, tunnels, bruggen en sluizen – met een sterke focus op elektrificatie en automatisering. Lees dan snel verderAls Afdelingsmanager ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt en de motor achter de dagelijkse werking van het team. Je vertaalt de strategische visie van het hoger management naar concrete actieplannen en bewaakt de doelstellingen op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit, omzet en resultaat. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Leiden en organiseren van de afdeling, inclusief planning van middelen, investeringen en personeel. Aansturen en ondersteunen van projectmanagers en projectingenieurs. Actief toezien op veiligheid en zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving. Uitbouwen van nieuwe activiteiten en versterken van bestaande klantrelaties. Deelnemen aan onderhandelingen, stuurcomités en projectbesprekingen. Samenwerken met de financiële afdeling voor opvolging van KPI’s en tijdige bijsturing. Zorgen voor een mensgericht HR-beleid: opleiding, evaluatie en welzijn van medewerkers. Functie-eisen Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Je hebt ruime ervaring in projectmanagement, met kennis van elektromechanica en automatisering. Je bent een natuurlijke leider met sterke organisatorische en communicatieve skills. Je bent resultaatgericht, ondernemend en besluitvaardig. Je hebt een uitgesproken focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit.
