We zijn op zoek naar een Procurement Service Center Officer. Deze rol is essentieel om het transformatieproces naar een efficiënte inkooporganisatie te ondersteunen. In eerste instantie zal je rol erin bestaan je te ontfermen over de Supplier Lifecycle & Performance Management, over de hele eerstelijnsondersteuning voor al onze stakeholders en leveranciers en over alle Procurement-gerelateerde kwesties. Op dagelijkse basis zullen bepaalde controles en operationele interventies nodig zijn om blokkades in bepaalde processen te voorkomen, en het aantal en type binnenkomende vragen kan sterk variëren, maar we verwachten dat het Procurement Service Center concrete voorstellen doet om onze diensten, tools, processen en documentatie nog effectiever te maken. De functie houdt ook in dat je bijdraagt aan verbeter- en data cleansing-projecten en actief deelneemt aan het opfrissen van onze opleidingen en onze communicatie naar de stakeholders en leveranciers.

Als Procurement Service Center Officer rapporteer je aan de Procurement Data & Systems Manager. 
Wat doe je precies?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het end-to-end beheer en de kwaliteit van onze database met leveranciers en Third Parties. Van creatie, over categorisatie, tot kwalificatie, onderhoud van contacten, ... het Supplier Lifecycle & Performance Management wordt voornamelijk uitgevoerd in Ariba en vereist regelmatige controles. Je behandelt de inkomende e-mails en telefoons van onze stakeholders. Je beantwoordt vragen live op basis van je veelzijdige kennis van de processen en tools van Procurement, en indien nodig geef je technische incidenten/problemen door aan onze tweede lijn.  Je zorgt ervoor dat je antwoorden duidelijk, gestructureerd, professioneel en gebruiksvriendelijk zijn en je wijst stakeholders de weg naar onze bestaande communicatie en opleiding.  Je identificeert en stimuleert de voortdurende verbetering van je eigen service en op basis van je ervaring stel je ook oplossingen voor voor vaak gestelde vragen. Je suggereert nieuwe communicatie of noodzakelijke updates van onze documentatie en opleiding en bereidt ze voor. Je lanceert initiatieven en voert data cleansing-oefeningen uit binnen de afgesproken deadlines. Je verricht controles en grijpt in bepaalde processen in om te voorkomen dat PRs/POs vastlopen in het proces.  Je werkt occasioneel mee aan andere projecten die bijdragen aan het bereiken van de doelen van Procurement.  Je werkt nauw samen en bouwt sterke werkrelaties op met diverse stakeholders, voornamelijk correspondenten van interne afdelingen, leveranciers enz.

Solide vaardigheden op het gebied van klantenservice: je vindt het niet alleen leuk om te helpen en om vragen en problemen te verduidelijken en op te lossen, maar je hebt ook de ambitie om de service en de beschikbare documentatie te verbeteren, om steeds terugkerende vragen te vermijden. Een goede dosis organisatietalent en aanpassingsvermogen om de verschillende taken effectief te beheren en te prioriteren.  Sociale vaardigheden: je bent in staat om goed met anderen samen te werken en tactvol en diplomatisch om te gaan met moeilijke situaties, op een professionele manier. De gave om vlot te kunnen communiceren in woord en geschrift, liefst in N/F/E . Een oog voor details en bent fier op de kwaliteit van de gegevens die je beheert. Een goed begrip van End-to-End en bij voorkeur praktische ervaring met Procurement-processen en het P2P-proces in het bijzonder. Voldoende kennis van MS 365 (Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel/PowerPoint) en een gezonde motivatie om snel nieuwe tools te leren gebruiken ̶ kennis van SAP/Ariba of vergelijkbare Procurement tools is een troef.
