Job Summary Are you curious about the inner workings of regulatory compliance and how it aligns with go-to-market strategies in the healthcare industry? Do you want to be part of a business-critical team that ensures both product safety and successful commercial growth As a Marketing & Regulatory Affairs Intern, you’ll support the launch and market expansion of the HCS product portfolio in EMEA and beyond. You will play a valuable role in preparing regulatory documentation, maintaining compliance systems, and facilitating collaboration between the Regulatory Affairs and Sales & Marketing teams. This is a perfect opportunity for someone interested in regulatory affairs with a commercial mindset. Job Responsibilities As part of this internship, you will support various ongoing projects and gain practical experience in: Regulatory Affairs Support Assist in the preparation and maintenance of product registration files and technical documentation Help review product information (brochures, leaflets) to ensure alignment with technical data Monitor changes in EU and national regulations related to medical devices (e.g., CE marking, MDSAP) Contribute to labelling and Instructions for Use (IFU) compliance across multiple languages Support the implementation and update of regulatory information management system Market Entry & Product Launch Support the regulatory aspects of launching HCS products in new and existing EMEA markets Collaborate with the HCS Marketing team and local affiliates on product approvals and documentation Assist with item creation and internal system updates during product onboardin Cross-Functional Communication Act as a liaison between Regulatory Affairs and the Sales & Marketing team to support business growth Participate in team meetings and cross-departmental projects Communicate updates on regulations and standards (ISO, EN, IEC) that impact product development or commercialization Profile Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized intern with a passion for healthcare, regulation, and international business. You are: A student in Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, or Business Administration Interested in the medical device industry and the intersection of regulation and commercialization Detail-oriented and able to work independently with a high level of accuracy A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working in a dynamic, multicultural environment Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems is a bonus Offer A hands-on internship in a global healthcare organization with a mission to improve patients’ lives Exposure to both regulatory processes and commercial strategy in a cross-functional role Personalized coaching and support from experienced Regulatory and Marketing professionals A collaborative environment with regular interaction across departments and regions A platform to grow your professional skills and make a real impact on product launches
