Als Recruitment Consultant bij Michael Page België speel je een cruciale rol in het volledige rekruteringsproces voor onze klanten, waaronder:
Klantenbeheer:- Opbouwen en onderhouden van een klantenportefeuille.
- Begrijpen van de specifieke behoeften van bedrijven in de IT-sector.
- Adviseren van klanten over rekruteringsstrategieën en markttrends.
Werving van kandidaten:- Identificeren, benaderen en selecteren van de beste IT-professionals.
- Voeren van diepgaande interviews om technische en persoonlijke vaardigheden te evalueren.
- Begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het hele rekruteringsproces.
Marktontwikkeling:- Actieve monitoring van trends en ontwikkelingen in de IT-markt.
- Deelnemen aan professionele evenementen om de zichtbaarheid van Michael Page te vergroten.
Interne samenwerking:- Nauw samenwerken met teamleden om prestatiedoelen te behalen.
- Bijdragen aan de verbetering van interne processen en rekruteringsinstrumenten.
- Talenkennis: Vloeiend in het Nederlands (vereist) met een uitstekende beheersing van Engels en Frans als extra troeven.
- Opleiding: Masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in human resources, management of IT.
- Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in rekrutering, idealiter met een specialisatie in IT.
- Technische kennis: Sterk begrip van IT-functies en -technologieën (ontwikkeling, infrastructuur, beveiliging, enz.).
- Vaardigheden:
- Uitstekende communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Ondernemende mindset en het vermogen om zelfstandig projecten te beheren.
- Sterke klant- en resultaatgerichtheid.
