Functieprofiel Jij kan je zes maanden vrijmaken en hebt veel zin om dit voltijdse en betaalde stagetraject dat niet kadert binnen een opleiding aan te vatten. hebt affiniteit met (digitaal) erfgoed. Heb je een opleiding informatie-, archief-, of erfgoedbeheer achter de rug? Dat is mooi meegenomen. kan bij voorkeur al vlot overweg met data, of het kriebelt om er snel over bij te leren. pikt gretig nieuwe digitale vaardigheden op: je zal bijvoorbeeld leren werken met datacleaningtool OpenRefine, Wikipedia, Wikidata en Wikimedia Commons. Heb je dit al in de vingers? Dan heb je een streepje voor. hebt oog voor detail en bent analytisch van geest. Je gaat altijd gestructureerd te werk en hebt een talent voor organisatie. beschikt over een goed gevoel voor taal en een vlotte pen. Je weet je opgedane kennis en ervaringen in heldere documentatie te gieten die begrijpbaar is voor anderen. kan vlot samenwerken, maar trekt je ook zelfstandig uit de slag. Aanbod Je komt terecht in een jonge, ambitieuze organisatie die de carrière van heel wat getalenteerde stagiairs met BIS1-contract lanceerde. Onze collega's zorgen voor een professionele begeleiding in een enthousiaste ploeg, vraag maar aan voormalige BIS-baner Axelle. Tijdens deze stage krijg je de kans om je onder te dompelen in de erfgoedschatten van een heleboel Vlaamse musea en erfgoedinstellingen, en ze wereldwijd zichtbaarder te maken. Na afloop ben je een volleerd Wikimedian, kan je werken met data en heb je ervaring met de organisatie van kleinschalige events: een mooie basis voor een toekomst in de erfgoedsector. (1) BIS staat voor en geeft de mogelijkheid om als kandidaat een betaalde stage te lopen in een onderneming. Een beroepsinlevingsovereenkomst is geen arbeidsovereenkomst, maar een opleidingscontract waarbij er vaardigheden en competenties aangeleerd worden op de werkvloer. Op deze manier kan een stagiair met een BIS-contract relevante praktijkervaring opdoen die hem, haar of hen in staat stelt zich beter te positioneren op de arbeidsmarkt. Bovendien: betekent een BIS-baan of beroepsinlevingsstage bij meemoo een voltijdse en betaalde stage van zes maanden met startdatum op 3 november 2025. krijg je de kans om op korte termijn heel veel ervaring op te doen, interessante contacten te leggen in de erfgoedsector en een sterkere positie op de arbeidsmarkt te verwerven. wordt ons groene kantoor in Gent je uitvalsbasis, maar af en toe thuis of vanuit Brussel werken behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden. ben je meer dan welkom op de filmavonden, gezellige apero's of bijeenkomsten van de boekenclub die geregeld door collega's op poten worden gezet. ontvang je naast je stagevergoeding, die wettelijk vastgelegd is en momenteel 1.056 euro per maand bedraagt, ook extralegale voordelen en een vergoeding voor je verplaatsingskosten. Over meemoo Samen met organisaties in cultuur, media en overheid zet meemoo zijn schouders onder de zorg voor en het gebruik van hun (digitaal) archief. Concreet digitaliseren en archiveren we Vlaams archiefmateriaal voor meer dan 180 organisaties en ontsluiten het voor verschillende doelgroepen. Daarnaast ondersteunen we organisaties en kunstenaars met raad en daad, via kennisplatformen, samenwerking in projecten en het beantwoorden van praktijkvragen. Meemoo bestaat op dit moment uit een 65-tal medewerkers en is gevestigd in Gent.
