Pour le département Quality Assurance Operations, PolyPeptide SA est à la recherche d'un(e) Quality Operations Technician dont la fonction consiste à être l'interface entre les départements opérationnels et la QA, que ce soit en termes de revue documentaire, de coaching de l'esprit qualité, ou de la gestion des situations imprévues, d'être présent sur le terrain afin de répondre aux besoins de la production tout en étant conforme aux Guidelines, à la législation et aux demandes des clients. Les principales responsabilités de la fonction sont : Participer à la revue de la documentation de production et analytique avant le release de l’API. Cette revue est réalisée afin de garantir la conformité des lots avec les guidelines, la législation et les spécifications du client. La revue est effectuée en ligne sur le terrain. Participer à la préparation des dossiers de release de l’API Etre le premier contact de la production pour les aspects QA (déviations, investigation, …) Assurer la bonne gestion qualité des anomalies rencontrées. Assurer le suivi des actions mises en production dans le cadre de non-conformités rencontrées. Assurer la communication entre la production et les responsables projets QA. S’assurer de la bonne application des cGMP et des SOPs sur le terrain. Participer à l’amélioration de l’esprit qualité du site : Agir comme « coach » qualité sur le terrain en identifiant les mauvaises pratiques et en aidant à leur correction (re-sensibilisation, formation, …). Participer aux processus d’amélioration continue des processus et procédés en place (ex : simplification de flux opérationnel). Participer à la révision QA des déviations. Participer à la révision QA de nouvelles SOPs/MPDs (manufacturing process descriptions) /modification de SOPs/MPDs. Participer à des audits internes process et système et la rédaction des rapports d’audit. P rofil requis : Niveau Bachelier scientifique ou équivalent Expérience de minimum 2 ans dans un département Qualité et GMP La maîtrise des procédés de synthèse chimique, de purification et de séchage est un plus Excellente connaissance du français Bonne compréhension de l’anglais Grande précision dans l’exécution des tâches Rigueur, organisation, flexibilité Excellent esprit d’équipe Horaire de weekend.
