Technical Project Manager Data Intelligence Platform FUNCTIE Data is het nieuwe goud - de echte waarde ligt in de toepassing ervan Bouw het databrein dat de industrie slimmer maakt. Bij Flanders Make werk je samen met een team van toponderzoekers aan een baanbrekend data intelligence platform. Dit platform ondersteunt root-cause analyses (RCA) en verbindt data, informatie en kennis uit de volledige levenscyclus van cyber-fysieke systemen. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het realiseren van industriële innovatie door het leiden van projecten die technologieën zoals knowledge graphs, ontologieën, reasoning-algoritmes en AI-tools inzetten. Jouw rol Als Technical Project Manager: Coördineer je de uitvoering van technologische onderzoeksprojecten met een grote industriële relevantie; Leid je een multidisciplinair team van onderzoekers en softwareontwikkelaars; Bouw je een gezamenlijke ambitie op met stakeholders zoals industriële partners, CTOs, accountmanagers en kennisinstellingen; Bewaak je de voortgang en kwaliteit van de projectresultaten; Draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van het data intelligence platform, met focus op RCA-workflows en AI-integratie; Investeer je 1020% van je tijd in het binnenhalen van nieuwe onderzoeks- en B2B-projecten; Voer je eerste inhoudelijke gesprekken met industriële partners en werk je nauw samen met business developers; Vertegenwoordig je Flanders Make in netwerken en bouw je duurzame relaties op. PROFIEL Je hebt een master- of doctoraatsdiploma in een relevant technisch domein; Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in softwareontwikkeling of projectleiding in een industriële context; Technische affiniteit met data-analyse, AI, semantische technologieën en productkwaliteit; Kennis van of interesse in:* Knowledge graphs, ontologieën, reasoning-algoritmes* RCA-methodes zoals FMEA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa* AI-tools, LLMs, semantic web, digitale productpaspoorten; Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels; Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en risicobeoordeling; Vermogen om conceptueel mee te denken met klanten en hun kernuitdagingen te doorgronden; Teamgerichte en coachende leiderschapsstijl.
