Overview We have a requirement for a Construction Planner for a large scale Construction project in the Flanders region.The successful candidate will have suitable experience of developing and managing complex project schedules through the construction lifecycle.Who we arePM Group is an employee owned, international project delivery firm with a team of 3,800+ people. Responsibilities The role will include:Responsibility for development and management of detailed schedules to cover the Construction stage of projects.Responsibility for development and management of project controls tools.Critical Path development & analysis.Lead / Host Interactive Planning Workshops.Engaging and supporting the project team from early stages.Providing performance updates / reports views for identification of variances and corrective action.Identification of project milestones, monitor & report on same.Liaising with the project management team with regular schedule performance status reports.Establishing project schedule resource requirements.Developing and Communicating tools for the target completion of project goals. Providing valued input to Constructability Reviews.Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the Client.Establishing project objectives in line with the client and help to ensure goals & timelines are achieved.Execution of projects via an established Quality Management system. Qualifications The required qualifications and attributes are: Medior with 5+ years of experienceExpert in Primavera P6 softwareExperience in scheduling the construction phase of a projectSound knowledge of design and construction sequence and logicPharmaceutical experience requiredExperience in using and understanding earned value progress requiredExperience in all phases of home office engineering requiredExcellent oral and written communication skills requiredBachelor or Master degree qualified in Construction, Engineering or other allied third level qualificationGood knowledge of Dutch and English
