Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Head of Supply Chain Project Management who is strategic, collaborative, and results-driven to join our Braine Supply Chain team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.About the roleYou will lead and shape the future of supply chain project management at UCB's Braine Local Supply chain. You’re going to drive cross-functional initiatives, oversee new product introductions, and ensure supply readiness and continuous improvement across global operations.Who you will work withYou will collaborate with a dynamic team of project leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across procurement, planning, master data, warehousing, and manufacturing. You’ll also engage with global teams in supply, engineering, quality, and R&D and manufacturing to deliver impactful supply chain solutions.What you will doYou will lead and mentor a high-performing team of supply chain project managers.You will be responsible for driving strategic supply chain initiatives and new product launches.You will manage cross-functional projects from planning to execution and delivery.You will coordinate with global teams to ensure supply readiness and scalability.You will identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.You will communicate project updates and performance metrics to leadership.You will conduct risk assessment and implement precautionary measures.Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:You hold a Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related field.You bring 5+ years of experience in supply chain or project management roles.You have strong knowledge of lean principles and project methodologies (PMP, Six Sigma, Agile).You are a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.You are fluent in English and French, and comfortable working in a global environment.Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
