Inside Sales Representative EUI

Location: Brussels (with the possibility of remote work)

Your Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our European customers, providing excellent service and support. You will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and coordinating the handling of orders. You will be the connecting factor between the customer, suppliers, distribution centers, and account managers, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With your commercial mindset and customer-centric approach, you will not only assist our customers with their IT needs but also contribute to building long-term relationships with them.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will analyze the IT needs of our customers and provide them with appropriate advice on solutions that can improve their business operations. You will prepare quotes and collaborate closely with our IT specialists to offer tailored solutions. Whether it's hardware, software, or specific IT solutions, you will know exactly what the customer needs and ensure it is offered correctly.

In addition to preparing quotes, you will also be responsible for processing orders and accurately recording customer information. Tracking delivery times will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring smooth communication with suppliers and partners so that the customer receives the products on time. You will maintain constant contact with internal specialists and ensure that everything you do contributes to the efficient flow of customer processes and the achievement of agreed goals.

  • Has at least a bachelor's level of education or experience: You have a solid foundation to excel in this role.

  • Salary: A fair and competitive salary, paid correctly every month. We value your efforts and ensure appropriate compensation.
  • Permanent contract: A full-time workweek of 40 hours.

  • Flexible working hours: Start between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and finish between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM.

  • Remote work: Our offices are located in Pelt and Brussels, but if you live further away, no problem. We offer remote work options while maintaining regular office presence for team dynamics and collective growth.
