The Finance Department within DEME Group is looking for a Corporate Finance Project Manager, based in our head office. As a Corporate Finance Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing various projects aimed at optimizing the financial processes of the group. You will collaborate with different internal departments and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of several optimizations.

DEME General Finance Belgium Apply nowYour responsibilitiesYour profileOur offerManage the CROSS (Corporate Restructuring & Organizational Statutory Services) team that is working on optimizing reporting by simplifications (in PowerBI), clearly defining processes and creating procedures, optimizing and developments on existing systems, project management during implementation of new systems and tools;Support or lead internal restructuring exercises (for instance mergers, demergers and liquidations);Coordinate and monitor the progress, budget, quality and risks of the projects, and report to the senior management and relevant stakeholders;Provide guidance and support to the project team members and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.You have a master's degree in finance or a related field;You have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in a corporate project-based environment;You have a wide knowledge of finance: broad interests, more a generalist rather than a specialist;You have excellent project management skills and experience in managing complex and cross-functional projects;You enjoy a challenge and are able to cope with changing and demanding situations;You have demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with international and diverse teams;You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can build trust and rapport with various stakeholders;You are fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.An extensive mobility program for a healthy work-life balanceA permanent training track which allows you to develop yourself personally and professionally.A stimulating, innovative workplace with numerous growth opportunities.A people-oriented environment with an interactive health program and a focus on employee wellbeing.
