Dgenious is looking for multiple Sales Development Representative(s), based in Brussels and starting on the 01/04/2022.

Founded in 2018, dgenious is a fast growing start-up that redefines business intelligence for point of sales businesses. Dgenious is used by dozens of companies throughout Europe.

We are building is the next-generation business intelligence SaaS solution that helps organisations to boost their operational development. In other words, we help organizations to leverage the value of their sales data in real-time.

Sales Development Specialists are responsible for the execution of the initial phase of the sales process, maximizing on opportunity identification and qualification with respect to dgenious solutions.

Sales Development Representative is the Talent driving our sales business. Our vision for this role is for you to work closely with Gaelle to fuel the business with high-quality leads by :

  • Building prospection lists
  • Prepare, create and launch hyper-personalised emailing campaigns
  • Call and follow-up with leads (we need you to have this Go-Get mentality)
  • Book relavant meetings
  • Follow-up on qualified lists to transform them into prospects after the sales meetings

Responsibilities

  • Identify target accounts and proactively acquire new clients
  • Qualify and develop Inbound and Outbound (mosty) leads across your business line through strong communication and discovery
  • Run campaigns through emails/inmails to generate new sales prospects
  • Call, call, call on prespective leads
  • Schedule demo's between Gaelle and potential customers
  • Meet your targets and maximize your transformation development through focusing on your core role (you will be incentivised on Qualified Opportunities)
  • Articulate dgenious value proposition to business leaders
  • Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices
  • Be flexible and adapt to change, always looking for creative ways to approach the day to day business
  • Develop strong product knowledge
  • Identify and actively address inefficiencies

Must have Requirements

  • This is an entry-level role - motivation is the key
  • Fluency in English and French or English and Dutch (multiple languages is a plus)
  • Willingness to grow in a fast paced environment
  • You can work autonomously and you are very well organised
  • You are able to build lasting relationships

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • Knowledge of MS Office & the Google Suite
  • A first (successful) experience in sales, customer success or client facing role
