Aansturen en begeleiden van een team van vijf boekhoudkundige medewerkers om een vlotte en efficiënte werking te garanderen. Zorg dragen voor de correcte en tijdige indiening van diverse fiscale aangiften (vennootschapsbelasting, btw, intrastat, …) in nauwe samenwerking met de financieel verantwoordelijke notaris. Opstellen en verwerken van maandelijkse en driemaandelijkse balansen en financiële rapporten voor de notariële toezichtinstanties en de commissaris. Bewaken van de nauwkeurigheid van de financiële boekhouding door het opmaken, opvolgen en controleren van resultatenrekeningen en balansen. Uitvoeren van grondige financiële analyses en rapporteringen om het management te ondersteunen bij strategische beslissingen. Controleren en analyseren van financiële overzichten, zoals journaalboekingen, loonlijstgegevens en debiteuren- en crediteurengrootboeken, om de betrouwbaarheid van de cijfers te waarborgen. Beheren van facturatieprocessen, inclusief het verwerken en opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande facturen en betalingen. Up-to-date blijven met relevante wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van financiën en boekhouding, met een specifieke focus op de notariële sector. Gecertificeerd accountant of vergelijkbaar diploma, met minimaal 10 jaar ervaring. Uitstekende kennis van finance en boekhouding. Zelfstandig en autonoom kunnen werken. Punctueel, efficiënt en detailgericht. Flexibel en praktisch ingesteld, met goede prioriteitenstelling. Ervaring met coachen en evalueren van personeel is een plus. Teamspeler met goede Nederlands en Frans kennis. Kennis van SAP/Acta Libra is een plus. Gecertificeerd accountant met 10+ jaar ervaring. Goede kennis van finance en boekhouding. Zelfstandig, punctueel en detailgericht. Flexibel, met prioriteiten kunnen stellen. Ervaring met coachen is een plus. Teamspeler, Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van SAP/Acta Libra is een plus.
