We aim to expand the Mix across large European cities at a rate of one to two developments per year, building a well-known European Lifestyle Hospitality Brand.To support this growth, we are looking for a highly strategic and operational Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.MissionLocation: Brussels (with occasional travel across Europe)Reports to: CEO & FoundersTeam: finance department + oversight of project finance with property development teamsThe CFO will be responsible for building, leading, and elevating the financial strategy and operations of Mingle Group. They will ensure robust financial governance across existing assets while structuring, financing, and enabling the rapid expansion of Mix across Europe.This role requires a rare combination of strategic vision, operational discipline, real-estate understanding, and hospitality mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesThe CFO seconds the partner in charge of finance with the overseeing of full financial management of Mingle Group's operating hotels and gyms. Key responsibilities for ongoing operations include:Accounting oversight, monthly closings, consolidation, and reporting in collaboration with the group's chartered accountant. Budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and performance dashboards Structuration and compliance (VAT, tax, transfer pricing, subsidies, audits) Coordinating with auditors, tax advisers, and legal partners. For new developments, the CFO drives the financial strategy with following key responsibilities:Financing and investor relations, including modelling and bank negotiations Business plans, feasibility studies, IRR and ROI analysis Coordination and negotiation of real estate leases and legal transactions CAPEX and construction budget control with project teams Strategic reporting for shareholders and board members Candidate Profile Extended experience (>5 years) in finance such as investment banking or audit ideally with exposure to hospitality, real estate, lifestyle brands. Experience in supporting scaling organisations is a major asset. Mindset: Entrepreneurial, agile, and proactive. Hands-on when needed, strategic when required.
