SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND TECHNICAL MANAGER

Missions  Superviser et animer l’équipe de support technique (niveaux 1, 2 et 3). Assurer la gestion des incidents et des demandes complexes, en garantissant des délais de résolution optimaux. Coordonner les activités de support avec les équipes de développement, d’intégration et d’infrastructure. Mettre en place et améliorer les processus ITIL liés au support (incidents, problèmes, changements). Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (SLA, tickets résolus, satisfaction client). Garantir la documentation technique et fonctionnelle des procédures de support. Accompagner les clients dans la bonne utilisation des logiciels et proposer des améliorations continues. Piloter des projets transverses liés au support, à la maintenance et aux mises à jour logicielles. Profil recherché Diplôme en informatique, ingénierie logicielle ou équivalent. Minimum 7 ans d’expérience dans le support logiciel, dont au moins 3 ans dans un rôle de management. Solide compréhension des architectures logicielles et des environnements techniques (bases de données, API, systèmes Windows/Linux). Expérience dans l’application des bonnes pratiques ITIL. Excellentes compétences en gestion d’équipe et en communication. Sens du service client, réactivité et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit). Compétences supplémentaires appréciées Expérience avec des solutions SaaS ou Cloud. Connaissance des outils de monitoring et de ticketing (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.). Certification ITIL, PMP ou équivalent. Pourquoi nous rejoindre ? Une équipe dynamique et engagée.
