Als Collection Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor drie zaken namelijk: het beantwoorden en uitvoeren van calls , waar je de klanten zal bellen over facturen, betalingsherinneringen,… Daarnaast zal je de forecast beheren en herinneringen sturen naar klanten die te laat zijn met hun betalingen. Na een paar maanden tewerkgesteld in Kone zal je ook juridische taken krijgen waar je documenten zal verzamelen, contact zal hebben met advocaten, deurwaarders en/of externe incassobureaus.
Je profiel
Voor deze functie als Collection Specialist zoekt de organisatie iemand met goede communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Frans . Je bent proactief , professioneel , onafhankelijk en gemotiveerd , daarnaast ben je ook georganiseerd en leergierig. Je weet hoe je deadlines kan zetten aan de klant met betrekking tot een betaling en je heb geen schrik om vragen te stellen. Kennis van SAP, Salesforce, Cora,… is niet nodig, maar wel kunnen werken met de pc.
Je nieuwe bedrijf
Een internationaal bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in high-tech producten voor de bouwsector. Je bevindt je in een omgeving met mooie kantoren, in een jong team en met een "relaxte" dresscode. Het kantoor gevestigd in Brussel is makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer en wel 2 minuten van het station Brussel-Noord.
Je vergoeding
Voor deze functie biedt onze klant een aantrekkelijk salaris met een hospitalitatie- en groepsverzekering , na 6 maanden in dienst €50 netto onkostenvergoeding , 30% terugbetaling van transport, mogelijkheid tot bike lease na 3 maanden in dienst, 33 vakantiedagen en nog verschillende Benefit@work. Je zal werken binnen een 39/uren week met kantooruren met zelfs een optie tot 2 dagen telewerken , na 6 maanden in dienst.
