Als Legal Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een incassodepartement en zijn dit je voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden: Coördineren en proactief organiseren van de verschillende teamactiviteiten op basis van prioriteiten en de vaardigheden van elk teamlid; Ontwikkeling van de Vlaamse regio; Opleiden, aansturen en motiveren van het team; Implementeren van het meest geschikte invorderingsproces voor de klant, in nauwe samenwerking met de klantverantwoordelijke en met de IT- en boekhoudafdelingen; Contactpersoon voor klanten en medewerkers; De groei van het departement waarborgen en het team ondersteunen bij het behalen van de doelstellingen; Ontwerpen en opvolgen van interne controleprocedures, documenteren van regels en werkmethodes; Rapporteren aan de directie en klanten; Bijdragen aan de implementatie van nieuwe interne projecten om de invorderingsprocessen en -procedures voortdurend te verbeteren. Je beschikt over een Belgisch masterdiploma in de rechten. Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als advocaat, juridisch adviseur of legal manager. Aantoonbare ervaring in schuldinvordering is een troef. Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd, analytisch, proactief en betrouwbaar. Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid, bent resultaatgericht en denkt in oplossingen. Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in het aansturen van een team. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt. Je hebt een goede kennis van IT-tools. Maximum maandelijk salaris van 8.000 EUR bruto/maand met extra legale voordelen (bedrijfswagen). Een warme, dynamische werkomgeving waarin je je talenten verder kunt ontwikkelen.
