Description du poste VOTRE FONCTION Mettre en place des programmes de développement professionnel pour améliorer les compétences et la performance des employés. Organiser des ateliers de bien-être au travail, des séminaires et des événements afin de renforcer l'engagement des collaborateurs. Contribuer à la gestion des carrières et des talents, y compris la mise en place de parcours de développement et de promotion interne. Gérer les relations avec les syndicats et participer aux négociations relatives aux conditions de travail et aux accords collectifs. Fournir un accompagnement personnalisé aux collaborateurs dans le cadre de leur gestion de carrière et de leur évolution professionnelle. Veiller à l’adoption de bonnes pratiques en matière de diversité, d’inclusion et de bien-être au travail. Profil recherché VOTRE PROFIL Diplôme en Ressources Humaines, Psychologie du travail ou domaine similaire. Expérience de 3 ans dans un rôle RH dans un environnement dynamique, idéalement aéroportuaire ou dans des secteurs connexes. Compétences en coaching, en gestion de conflits et en médiation. Capacité à mener des projets RH à fort impact et à travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires. Sens aigu de l’écoute et forte capacité à influencer positivement les équipes.
