We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to act as the key financial contact for the division, supporting both operational efficiency and strategic growth. Partner with the Director to provide financial insight Monitor and optimize the financial performance of small entities linked to the division (e.g., cash flow, profitability, and margins). Co-manage the reporting and controlling responsibilities. Collaborate with the support team to automate and streamline current financial reporting processes. Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting to management and offer actionable financial recommendations. Serve as a proactive financial liaison between sales teams, leadership, and internal stakeholders. We are seeking a talented finance professional ready to grow into a strategic role that combines financial oversight with operational influence. As of 5 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis. Solid foundation in cost control and business partnering, ideally in a commercial or media-related environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to challenge, advise, and support senior leadership. Fluent in French and comfortable working in English. Excellent communicator, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance teams. Autonomous, proactive, and eager to expand scope of responsibilities.
