Description du posteVous intégrerez, au sein de notre Pôle Transformation Numérique, une équipe d’experts d’architectes solutions.Vos missions seront les suivantes :Définir des architectures de solutions qui équilibrent la vision à long terme avec des mises en œuvre concrètes.Évaluer les systèmes existants et concevoir des améliorations qui s’intègrent harmonieusement dans l’existantGarantir que les solutions soient pérennes, abordables, bien documentées et alignées sur l’architecture d’entreprise.Être le lien entre le métier et l’IT, en traduisant les besoins en solutions techniques robustes.Accompagner les autres architectes et analystes pour faire monter en maturité l’équipe sur le plan architecturalFédérer les équipes transverses autour d’objectifs communs par l’influence, plus que par l’autorité.Etre responsable de la livraison des solutions architecturales : de la préparation des PI (Program Increments) jusqu’au déploiement et à la gestion du cycle de vie.Assurer la conformité avec les règles de gouvernance interne, de sécurité et de qualité.Représenter l’architecture au sein du comité d’architecture (Architectural Review Board), en défendant vos choix de manière claire et efficace.Aligner les décisions d’architecture avec les processus métier, en utilisant des frameworks comme BPMN ou TOGAF.Promouvoir la réutilisation des outils existants et l’intégration, plutôt que la réinvention.Soutenir le développement citoyen (citizen development) et guider les équipes dans leurs initiatives low-code.QualificationsQualifications : Quel profil pour ce poste :Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation Bac+5 (École d’ingénieur, Université ou équivalent …) en informatiqueVous justifiez d’une expérience significative d’au moins 6 ans d’expérience en tant qu’architecte solution et idéalement une expérience dans le secteur de l’énergieConnaissance pratique de .NET et AWS, incluant l’architecture et le prototypageExpérience avec LeanIX et capacité à défendre des solutions dans des instances de gouvernance architecturale.Solide maîtrise de la notation BPMN et bonne compréhension du cadre TOGAF.Maîtrise de UML pour visualiser l’architecture des systèmes et les flux de données.Expérience avérée dans l’engagement des parties prenantes et la traduction des exigences légales ou de conformité en conception technique.Excellente communication en anglais (le néerlandais ou le français est un plus).Vous accordez de l’importance (et du temps) à la veille
