Program Setup & Orchestration (40%)Initiative Launch ManagementStand up Project Atlas governance structure within 30 daysCreate integrated master schedule linking all six strategic pillarsDesign and implement executive dashboard for real-time visibilityCross-Functional Coordinationorganise and run weekly program board meetings with workstream leadsManage dependencies across Technical, Ecosystem, Sales, and Marketing teamsResolve conflicts and escalate strategic decisions to steering committeeEnsure alignment between global NTT Data and European operationsResource ManagementManage budget across workstreams based on strategic prioritiesCoordinate resource assignments from country organizationsManage contractor and consultant engagementsTrack burn rate and ROI metrics weekly2. Demonstrator Lab Setup & Management (20%)Lab EstablishmentLead site selection processCoordinate vendor negotiations for 60% co-funding targetManage construction timeline and technical specificationsOversee €3.5M capital deploymentOperational ExcellenceDesign customer experience journey for lab visitsEstablish remote access capabilities for virtual demonstrationsCreate utilization metrics and booking systemsCoordinate with vendors for showcase installationsResource PlanningStaff lab with technical experts and customer success managersSchedule training programs and certification sessionsPlan quarterly innovation days and customer eventsTrack lab ROI through pipeline influence metrics3.
