Position descriptionJob title Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Function Advisory - Manager Roles & Responsibilities For the unit Enterprise Solutions within Technology Advisory, we are looking for Solution Architects to strengthen our Dynamics 365 team. You will be involved in determining the architecture for large ERP enabled business transformations. As the solution architect you have the responsibility to work together with the customer to determine the most suitable architecture and roadmap towards the future state. Business transformations can take multiple years and include besides an actual ERP implementation also Strategy, Target Operation Model, process optimization, change management. You will have a key role in connecting all the functional domains of D365 Finance and D365 supply chain management towards a concrete solution based on the Microsoft technology stack in general, Dynamics 365 particular and the overall application landscape of the customer.Roles and Responsibilities:Accountable for the proposed solution (architecture, to-be processes) and the realization of this proposed solution.Assures the quality of the solution and the related deliverables.Monitors the daily progress, potential risks and issues together with the project manager, proposes and executes mitigations.Leads the Fit/Gap analysis to define the solution design including to-be processes, solution architecture, integration design, migration approach and non-functional (e.g. performance) requirements.Convinces the client stakeholders as well as the consultants and/or partners of the proposed solution architecture and takes the lead in client sign-offs.Prevents and solves escalations from consultants, partners and clients.Ensure that the team follows the predefined project methodology and uses the predefined tools in an optimal way and intervenes when needed.Works in close collaboration with the project managerTakes initiative to be informed about innovations in technology, market changes, methodologies, best practices, … & develops internal improvements/innovationsShares knowledge and coaches consultants towards a higher levelSupports the sales process by making effort estimations, writing commercial documents & giving sales demosContinuously improves our project methodology, tooling and templates Location Zaventem HQ Skills & Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree preferably in informatics or engineeringYou have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience and you were involved in multiple large-sized (1000+ man days) ERP implementation projects characterized by systematic and milestone-driven workYou have a non-stop drive to go out of your comfort zone to guarantee an end-to-end solutionYou have the ability to work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership accountability and responsibilityYou like keep developing your coaching skills by closely working together with other colleaguesYou are fluent in EnglishBeing fluent in Dutch or French is considered an advantageYou are a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Functional Consultant AssociateHaving the Mb-320 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing certificate is considered an advantageYou are a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert or are willing to achieve this certification in the near futureCertification in Prince2, PMP, SAFE or other project management tracks is considered an advantage We offer As a certified Top Employer we offer: An attractive remuneration package with a great number of extra-legal benefits (premium electric company car + charging card, net daily and monthly allowances, bonus, Apple/Android personal device and many other benefits tailored through our cafeteria plan). Flexible work arrangements to ensure a healthy work-life balance (picking up kids from school, doctor’s appointment, working from home,…) and the possibility to work from anywhere 20 days per year. Comprehensive insurance package including group insurance with full KPMG contributions, hospitalization insurance and optional outpatient options (dental & eye care, medical consultations and registered medication).
