Als Inspection & Safety Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en opvolgen van (wettelijke) inspecties die door de onderhoudsdienst gedaan worden, zowel mechanisch, lastechnisch als elektrisch. Verder behandel je ook alle topics in verband met veiligheid binnen de onderhoudsdienst.

Jouw taken
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen en controleren van alle inspecties of deze op tijd en volgens alle wettelijke voorwaarden worden voltooid. Je staat in voor het bestellen van nieuwe onderdelen/equipments zoals valgordels of elektrisch handgereedschap en je brengt deze in Ultimo. Je treedt op als linking pin op vlak van veiligheid binnen de afdeling onderhoud. Je bespreekt veiligheid op ploegvergaderingen waarbij je communiceert over incidenten van andere afdelingen, sites en je verzamelt de opmerkingen van de vakgroepen. Je volgt de incidenten van de afdeling op, handelt deze administratief af en je communiceert hierover. Je bespreekt en gaat in overleg met de afdeling Sustainability over risicovolle taken, jobs en projecten.Jouw profiel
Je beschikt over een technisch diploma Elektromechanica (bij voorkeur graduaat/bachelor). Je beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een onderhoudsafdeling. Je hebt een sterke basis in elektriciteit, mechanica, hydraulica, pneumatica en lastechnieken. Je bent ijzersterk in plannen en organiseren. Je kan volledig zelfstandig werken en je neemt graag initiatief. Je bent een vlotte communicator, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
