We are currently looking for a Compliance Product Expert ready to join our adventure and share our ambition. What you will be doing? Provide support and advice on regulatory requirements applicable to our existing product portfolio.Collaborate with IT development teams to ensure regulatory requirements are effectively integrated into relevant IT developments and implementations.Deliver training and ongoing guidance on products, fostering knowledge sharing within the team.Oversee the full lifecycle of new products, from design to implementation, ensuring compliance alignment.Define a solid product-oriented control framework.Coordinate compliance-related product ownership among team membersCoordinate accurate data collection to ensure adequate regulatory reporting by defining clear data requirements and liaising with business analysts.Assist in clients solutions from a compliance perspective - ea ensuring that compliance/regulatory requirements are correctly translated in user flows and other processes.Assist in organising and conducting training sessions to keep the Bank’s staff informed of relevant legal and regulatory developments to your topics. Skills you should have 5+ years of professional experience within a financial institution with a particular expertise in product developmentMaster in Law or Applied Economic sciencesGood knowledge of IT developments related to the implementation of regulatory/compliance requirementsStrategic thinker with sound business acumen, objectivity, accountability and impeccable integrity;Ability of translating complex theoretical principles into pragmatic advice; Previous experience in a client solutions oriented role is a plus ((pre) Sales/product expertise)Team player, able to build good interpersonal relationships and like to work in close partnership with the people in the businessExcellent communication skills, both in drafting and orally as well as strong presentation skills;Fluent in and English (other European languages are considered a plus); What we offer You will get an opportunity to work in an innovative, digital bank applying state of the art approaches and technologies.You will be provided an Individual Development Budget, dedicated to enhancing your professional skills.If your role permits, we also offer flexible work location.You and your closest family will be covered with VIP-level private medical care which includes dental treatment and a hospitalisation package.
