**Positionner**:
En tant que**_ Product expert_**, vous êtes responsable de la stratégie de produit de A à Z (en collaboration avec le département de Produit/Princing et Analyse). Vous apportez une expertise approfondie afin rester compétitif sur le marché et à répondre aux besoins changeants de vos clients. Voici vos missions:

- Définir et exécuter la stratégie de produit en étudiant les tendances du marché et les besoins des clients
- Participation la conception et le développement de nouveaux produits
- Coordonner les efforts de développement de produit avec les équipes de marketing, de vente et de service à la clientèle pour garantir une approche cohérente et efficace
- Effectuer des analyses régulières de la concurrence et du marché pour identifier les opportunités de croissance et d'amélioration du produit
- Contribuer à la formation et au développement de l'équipe de vente et de service à la clientèle pour assurer une compréhension approfondie
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour garantir que les produits soient conformes aux réglementations et exigences légales

**Profil et compétences**:

- Vous avez un Master en gestion/économie/finance/marketing,...
- Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur des assurances
- Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement de travail stimulant
- Etant l'As du Time Management, vous savez respecter les deadlines
- Vous êtes capable de travailler en autonomie mais également en équipe
