Over de Rol Als Strategy Manager in ons Corporate Strategy team maak je deel uit van een hoge-impact unit die helpt bij het definiëren en sturen van de strategische richting van Telenet. Opererend in het hart van ons bedrijf, ondersteun je de ontwikkeling en implementatie van strategieën die de gehele Telenet holding en zijn bedrijven omvatten – Wyre, PlayMedia, Telenet Business en Telenet Group. Je speelt ook een sleutelrol in het beheren van onze wholesale relaties met zowel leveranciers als klanten, waarbij je zorgt voor strategische afstemming en langetermijnwaardecreatie. Deze rol is ontworpen voor iemand die gedijt in een snel veranderende omgeving en een tastbare impact wil maken in een divers en dynamisch telecom-ecosysteem. Wat Je Gaat Doen Nauwe samenwerking met de Tribe Lead en senior leiderschap om de strategische agenda te bepalen voor Telenet Holding en al zijn dochterondernemingen. Ondersteunen van strategische projecten van scope tot uitvoering, inclusief markt- en concurrentieanalyse, bedrijfsmodellering en scenario planning. Helpen bij het toezicht houden op en optimaliseren van onze wholesale strategie en belangrijke relaties met zowel wholesellers als wholebuyers. Markttrends, industriële verschuivingen en interne inzichten vertalen naar bruikbare aanbevelingen voor business units en leiderschap. Cross-functionele initiatieven aansturen en faciliteren die complexe zakelijke uitdagingen en strategische groeikansen aanpakken. Je inzichten en aanbevelingen op een duidelijke en overtuigende manier presenteren aan senior stakeholders, inclusief Liberty Global. Wat Je Meebrengt 5+ jaar ervaring in strategie, idealiter bij een top-tier consultancy of corporate strategy team binnen een grote organisatie. Sterk strategisch denken, probleemoplossend vermogen en analytische vaardigheden – je gedijt op het aanpakken van complexiteit. Ervaring in telecom, media, technologie of infrastructuursectoren is een pluspunt. Uitstekende interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden – je weet hoe je kunt beïnvloeden zonder autoriteit. Proactieve en pragmatische instelling – je kunt analyse en uitvoering in balans brengen en vooruitgang boeken. Ervaring of affiniteit met wholesale commerciële modellen en partnerschappen is een voordeel. Vloeiendheid in Engels vereist; Nederlands is een sterke troef.
