DescriptionThe Junior Pureplayer Project manager assists the Pureplayer Key account manager for the commercial of key pure players and third-party platforms in driving sell-in/sell-out, visibility, and brand equity.Responsibilities: Commercial Account ManagementTrack action plans and project timelines across key accountsSupport sell-in and sell-out strategies execution.Support KAM with 3PP activation (Arlettie)Operational management of sell-in:Monitor orders with clients and the customer service teamPresent, list and follow new product launchesPrepare client presentations for commercial meetingsLiaise with the catalog and merchandising teams to ensure rich, accurate, and optimized product content.Operational management of sell-out activities: Define and negociate E-trade plan together with the KAMAlign with the brands on trade plans & GWP/Sampling supportExecute E-Trade campaigns : brief creative assets to design team (banners, emails, landing pages etc) and manage sales drivers (gifts with purchase, samples, rating & reviews optimization,...)Performance analysis & reportingHelp prepare sales decks, performance reports, and dashboards.Track monthly sell-out performance, consolidate data, and prepare brand activity reportsWeekly monitoring of brand visibility on e-retailers and conduct competitive intelligenceAnalyze e-trade operationsMonitor key KPIs including sales performance, conversion, visibility, and ROI on activations.Conduct monthly performance reviews and competitor benchmarksQualifications 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally account management or e-commerce.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to structure and optimize processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate across teams.Comfortable with digital tools and basic asset creation (e.g., resizing visuals, Photoshop, AI-based tools)Proactive, autonomous, and analytical mindset,Fluent in English, Dutch & French
