This Position reports to:
Operations Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

This is role is contributing to the Process Automation business area in Belgium and Luxembourg and more specifically to the Energy Industries division.

The Energy Industries department focuses on process automation in the oil & gas and chemical / pharma market segments.

As a the Project Manager you will be responsible for all deliveries (projects, products and service services and contracts) of Process Automation assigned projects. The diversity in the projects, products and services in progress is great, in terms of size, complexity and turnaround time.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

**What it takes to Run what Runs the World**
- A degree in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the chemical industry, with a strong focus on Process Automation.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and coordination with vendors/subcontractors.
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
