Use CasesCustomer Segmentation: You analyze customer data to identify distinct segments and preferences, enabling us to tailor marketing efforts and improve customer retention.Occupancy Optimization: You create algorithms to optimize unit allocation and ensure maximum occupancy while minimizing operational costs.Pricing Strategy: You analyze market data and competitor pricing to recommend dynamic pricing strategies that maximize revenue.Security & Access Analytics: You develop models for monitoring access patterns and identifying anomalies to enhance security measures for our self-storage facilities.Customer Satisfaction: You analyze customer feedback and reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement in our services.Building maintenance Analytics: You analyze IoT data from Shurgard stores to drive insights and recommend improvements on the maintenance operations.2. Main TasksData Analysis: You analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights and trends related to self-storage operations, customer behavior, and market trends.Data Visualization: You create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders.Data Engineering: You enrich Shurgard Enterprise Data model with new features and facts by developing data engineering pipeline in collaboration with the data engineering team.Collaboration: You work closely with our analytics & AI team, collaborating on projects and learning from experienced data scientists and analysts.Research: You stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in analytics and AI, and contribute ideas for innovative projects.LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR SKILLSYou are innovative and creative; you dare to think outside of the box.You have excellent writing skills.You have strong organizational skills and are able to build structure out of chaos.You have a problem-solving attitude.You show flexibility and are open to change.You can work independently and complete work to deadlines. Any other language is considered a plus.You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.You demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.You are proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, PowerBI).You have strong knowledge of DAX and SQL.You have experience with Python, which is a pre-requisite.You possess a solid understanding of statistical concepts.And colleagues?
