Document ControlWorks closely with the Project Management Team and maintains awareness of document control amongst project team members, subcontractors / suppliers by informing, explaining and training the procedures and tools;Checks documentation to ensure that Employer Requirements and DEME standards are met with regards to Document Control . Take measures if the quality of documents is below standard and not acceptable;Manages the flow of communication on the project;Updates/adjust the standard document control procedures for the project and throughout the project lifecycle;Is responsible for managing the project’s Document Management System (DMS), assists on implementation and fully controls the permissions setup;Manages every process step the document takes in the document lifecycle, from draft until archiving;follows up on assigned tasks in an accurate, structural and punctual way, bringing them to a close.Have a bachelor degree or similar through experienceHave an administrative background with a focus on policy & processes.Advanced digital skills in Office, basic skills in Data Management Systems is a plusSee and get opportunities and be result driven;Can set priorities and have a flexible attitude;Have an eye for detail;Are fluent in English.
