Als Process Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces van een productie-batch aan de afvullijnen, inclusief het opstarten, afvullen, uitvoeren van in-process controles en verwerken van de documentatie. Hierbij worden biochemische reagentia afgevuld in flesjes of cartridges. Je technisch inzicht, aandacht voor kwaliteit en professionele begeleiding van de operators aan de lijn zorgen ervoor dat er een hoogwaardig product wordt afgeleverd.
Als toestel expert zijn jouw belangrijkste taken:
Omstellen van de lijn en uitvoeren van batchwissels; Afstellen en afregelen van de machines; Uitvoeren van afvul- en etiketteringstaken en in-procescontroles; Documenteren van uitgevoerde activiteiten op papier, in Excel en in SAP; Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de totale batch afhandeling (incl. training en taakgericht aansturen van de collegas aan de lijn); Uitvoeren van een eerste evaluatie bij storingen/ incidenten; Ondersteunende taken zoals meewerken aan projecten gerelateerd aan de installatie of verbetering van systemen vb. uitvoeren van validatieruns.Dit heb jij in huis als Process Operator:
Achtergrond in chemie / biochemie / technische richting (A2, bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring); Nauwkeurigheid zowel in uitvoering als in administratie; Nederlandstalig, voldoende kennis van het Engels; Flexibel ingesteld; Probleemoplossend; Een echte teamspeler in samenwerking, overleg en communicatie met jouw collegas en verantwoordelijke; Ervaring in een kwaliteit-kritische farma-omgeving is een pluspunt; Interesse om te werken in een flexibel dagrooster (8u tussen 7:00 17:45) met de mogelijkheid om binnen, ten vroegste een jaar, over te gaan naar een periodiek tweeploegensysteem.
