Overview PM Group Benelux has a requirement for a Senior Commissioning Manager to work on our Data Center project in Belgium. Responsibilities Oversee all commissioning phases from pre-commissioning through to handoverManage mechanical systems (HVAC, cooling, generators, UPS)Lead electrical commissioning (HV/LV distribution, lighting, fire systems)Coordinate piping and instrumentation commissioning activitiesDevelop comprehensive commissioning plans and proceduresManage commissioning team and coordinate with contractors/vendorsConduct integrated systems testing and witness testing protocolsEnsure compliance with Uptime Institute/ASHRAE/local standardsPrepare commissioning reports and handover documentationInterface with client representatives and facility management teams Qualifications 8+ years commissioning experience in mission-critical facilitiesProven track record managing large-scale data center projectsDeep knowledge of MEP systems in hyperscale environmentsExperience with critical power systems (generators, UPS, PDUs)Strong understanding of cooling technologies (CRAH/CRAC, chilled water)Knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and DCIM platformsLeadership experience managing multidisciplinary teamsProfessional engineering qualification preferredData center industry certifications (DCCA, Uptime Institute)Strong project management and client-facing abilitiesExperience with Tier III/IV data center requirementsKnowledge of European electrical codes and safety standardsFluent English; local language skills advantageous
