Senior Construction Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre Project (80MW)*Please note - Only CV's in English will be reviewed. You must hold an EU passport and be willing to relocate to Belgium. Building lasting, trusted relationships—with both your team and clients—is central to this role.Key Responsibilities:Partner closely with the Project Director to support overall project delivery.Be a visible safety leader onsite, actively participating in daily health and safety management and auditing.Assist with project closeout processes and documentation, ensuring all expectations are met for formal project closure.Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure all variations are captured and costs communicated to the client.Ensure resource planning aligns with current and future commitments to maximise opportunities.Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.Liaise with QA, Commissioning, and EHS teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.Manage contractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and labour levels.Lead overall construction efforts with a focus on logistics and handover.Monitor daily field activities, manage information flow, and track issues related to progress, quality, and safety.Ideal Candidate Profile:Experienced construction manager with a strong track record on large-scale data centre and life science projects. (Essential Requirement)Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.Deep understanding of the full design and construction lifecycle.Holds a professional certification or is actively pursuing one (support available).Proven ability to coordinate and manage large projects with successful outcomes.Skilled in mobilising teams and driving successful project delivery.Effective at building strong working relationships across complex project structures, clients, and internal teams.Interview Process:All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with video required.Salary & Benefits€130-150k DOE Full suite of company benefits - Relocation allowance, temp housing, temp car hire, housing support service, great pension rate, daily lunch allowance, Healthcare, salary insurance etc2 year FTC* The benefits listed above are for people relocating from another EU country.
